Even if you don’t feel like there’s time for you to kick back and let your hair down a little, your mental wellbeing can’t cope without this.
Your kids need you to be at your best, which is why it’s so important to prioritise self-care. You might think you’re being selfish, but looking after yourself is actually one of the most selfless things you can do for your family.
